Thought it would be fun to make a few vids and share my experiences so far.
GRID AutoSport ~ (Codemasters)
2014-07-19 ~ Another race in the Touring Cars CAT C car, this time in the Ford Focus ST, unmodified. GAS is great with the motion seat and really comes alive in close combat racing (which for some reason this seems to be in GAS, thankfully it's only AI here), pushing me about with bumps and the like and really throwing me about at the end of the video in the outtake!
2014-06-29 ~ This is my first race on GRID: AutoSport. I adjusted FOV, added a non-blur mod and a Mirror fix mod, got my SLI-Pro Dash/SLIMaxManager, Buttkicker/SimVibe and GS-105 seat working together and set out for my first race. Set the force feedback to my liking, all aids off and setting to hard (not very hard as it's my first real go, despite having the press release a few weeks earlier I never got chance to play around with it) and voila!
It's not clean, but the first thing you hear when choosing the Touring Car championship as your first challenge is that it is a High Contact sport... so I complied!
